    Ordered this item and waited for shipping confirmation 2 weeks later I was told item was not available. Customer service is horrible they had no answers for me. They kept passing me off to different department and then this also happened to another item I bought. If Carson’s is coming back they should have taken a lesson from the old Carson’s on customer service
