Do I have to pay shipping?

Orders $100 and over delivered to addresses in the Continental United States qualify for Free Standard Shipping. The following charges will apply to your order:

Items, including certain electronics that are very large or fragile may require special freight shipping and/or special delivery. Items in a multi-item order may be shipped separately and from different locations.

Gift Cards are shipped U.S. Mail at no charge for Standard delivery.

Bonton does not ship fragrances, aerosols, and alcohol based products via Expedited delivery, Next Business Day delivery or to P.O. boxes, military facilities or outside the continental United States. Please select Standard delivery for the shipment of these items.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

No, at this time we do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

How soon will I receive my order?

Processing time for in stock items is approximately two business days. Standard delivery is two to five business days; Expedited delivery is two business days; Next Business Day delivery is one business day. Delivery times do not include processing time. If the item is not in stock, you will receive an email to notify you.

How will my order ship?

Our Small Package service providers are FedEx and USPS. The carrier will be determined by the service available for your "ship to" location and the method of delivery (Standard, Expedited or Next Business Day) you select. Our Special Handling service providers include several freight options. When your order ships, you will receive an email that includes the name of the carrier and a tracking number. You will also receive an email when your purchase has been delivered. For more information about shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.


What if I need to return an item?

Items purchased on that are eligible for return require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA and the address for the return.

Please be aware that you will be responsible for return shipping charges. For additional information, please refer to our Online Return Policy

What if I need to return a gift purchased in a Bonton store?

Gifts purchased on that are eligible for return require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you wish to return an item, please contact Customer Service to obtain a RMA and the address for the return.


How can I check on my order?

If you provide your email address when you place your order, we will automatically notify you when we receive your order. We will send updates as to the status of each item on your order, and notify you when your order ships. You can also check on the status of your order online. Click Check Order Status  here or at the bottom of any page and enter your order number and billing phone number to view details of a specific order. To see a list of all orders placed, click Check Order Status and log in with your email address and password. You can also view purchase history via Payment History in the My Account dropdown at the top of any page. You can click on a specific order to view details. If you have questions about your order, contact us or call 1-800-526-7534. We provide a reference number on our status emails and online in Order Status that can be used to track your order once it has been shipped.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Once an order has been placed, there is no guarantee that we can cancel your order. If you wish to cancel your order prior to it being shipped, please contact Customer Service and a representative will advise you if a cancellation is available.

Do you offer Gift Wrap?

No, we do not offer Gift Wrap at this time.

Do I have to pay tax on my order?

Sales tax is applied to your order, based on the order's "ship to" address, in accordance with the jurisdiction's laws. Be advised that some states require a tax on the delivery charges, as well.

Are you required to have a account to purchase on your site?

No, you are not required to have a account to purchase online. You can shop as frequently as you like as a "guest customer", but we hope that you will choose to create a account. The benefits include: Quick Checkout, Managing eGift Cards and Purchase History / Order Tracking.

What if I forget my password or need to reset it?

  1. If you forget your password, you will need to reset it. To do this, click on the Forgot Your Password? link at any location where you log in.After clicking the link, proceed by entering your email address that is on file with and submit the form. Please submit the form only ONCE and wait for the password reset email to be sent to you.
  2. If you have not received the email after 15 minutes, please verify you entered your email address correctly and submit the form again. Note that if you do not have a account, one can be created by clicking Create An Account.
  3. Once you have received the reset password email, proceed by clicking the link in the email. If you have reset your password multiple times you MUST use the link in the most recent email.
  4. Once you are on the reset password page, enter a new, valid password. Validpasswords must be at least 7 characters and contain both alphabetic and numeric characters. Note that this page is intended for resetting your password and other page functions may not work normally.

Does Bonton offer In-Store Pickup?

No, we do not currently offer in-store pickup but will deliver it to you (shipping and handling charges may apply).

The Your Rewards Credit Card program is no longer offered by Bonton. However, we will be offering a new credit card in the coming months. How can I find out about Career Opportunities with Bonton?

Can I see my receipts electronically without getting them sent by email?

If you are a registered shopper on, you can click My Account at the top of any page (while logged in), and then click My Purchase History. Recent purchases displays Web Orders (pending and completed). Click on the transaction number to see a copy of the receipt.
