Buy Online Pick Up In-Store

HOW DOES BUY ONLINE, PICK UP IN-STORE WORK?

Using this service is as easy as shopping online with the convenience of shopping in a store.

  • Shop our site as normal, selecting options items such as size, color, or quantity.
  • Decide from supplying store locations as to where you will pick up the item(s).
  • Complete your order online. You will receive an email or text notifying you when your order is ready and where in the store to pick it up.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


    HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?

    We’ll send you an email (and optional phone text) with your order information and the in-store pick-up location information when it has been picked and is ready. If your order hasn’t been picked up after 3 days, we’ll send you a reminder. If you’ve designated another person to pick up your order, both of you will be notified.

    WHAT DO I NEED TO PICK UP MY ORDER?

    You will need to show the Store Associate a qualifying photo ID and the order confirmation (with number) for that purchase either from your phone screen or a print-out.  If you designate someone else to pick up the order, they will need to provide their own ID and the order confirmation.

    HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER?

    Purchase Orders are held in reserve for a total of seven (7) days. After that, the order will be canceled with your charge card amount refunded. The item will then be returned to store stock.

    HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY BUY ONLINE, PICK UP IN-STORE ORDER?
